Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used strainers cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

Refund Processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If your PocketStrainer arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customerservice@pocketstrainer.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
